Hangover Heaven Latest Craze to hit Vegas
Been there, done that! Tied one on the night before and woke up in the morning to suffer the consequences. Massive headache, nausea, the whole nine yards, but now help is on the way. A unique new business has opened in town that claims to actually cure your over indulgence and get you back on your feet within an hour. Hangover Heaven, developed by a board certified anesthesiologist is the latest craze to hit town. Four luxurious busses will patrol the Strip with stops at several major resorts including Hard Rock, Paris, Bellagio and Cosmopolitan. Each bus offers a front and rear lounge with six bunk beds and as you relax on the bed an intravenous cocktail, all safe and approved by the FDA, is administered and within 45-60 minutes you are good to go. Hangover Heaven has two packages available: Redemption priced at $90 and Salvation $150, for those who are really wasted. Medical insurance does not kick in to cover the expenses. Tickets Available for “Ceelo Green Presents LOBERACE” at Planet Hollywood
Tickets have been released for a series of performances “Ceelo Green Presents LOBERACE” that will be coming to Planet Hollywood for an extended engagement playing on selected dates in August, September, November and December. The production will combine Green’s soulful voice featuring some of his favorite music, as well as original songs. Performances will be held in the resort’s 1,400-seat showroom following PEEPSHOW on Thursdays and Fridays at 11 p.m. and Saturdays at midnight with an additional show at 11 p.m. on Wednesdays. Tickets range in price from $49.50 to $149.50 for table seating. Taxes and fees are extra. Silverton Hosting Las Vegas’ 1st Foodie Fest
Another family outing is coming to Silverton in a couple of weeks where they will be hosting Las Vegas’ 1st Foodie Fest, a two-day event Saturday, April 28, from noon to 10 p.m. and Sunday, April 29 from noon to 8 p.m. The properties parking lot will be lined with over 40 gourmet trucks, 15 food booths, a beer garden, a tequila party tent, entertainment and carnival rides for the kiddies. Admission is $5 per day if purchased in advance and $8 on the day of the events. Children 10 and under are free. Food, drink, rides and some other activities will be extra. Proceeds from the event will benefit Three Square, a worthy charity that assists the hungry.
Cosmopolitan Headquarters for Free Nightly Entertainment
There is never a charge to watch entertainment at three of the Cosmopolitan’s venues. Book & Stage, a daytime live sports viewing lounge transforms in the evenings to a popular lounge for great eclectic entertainment. Bond, another hot spot features dynamic LED art, live performances and upbeat house music in an ultra lounge setting. The Chandelier is not to miss. With 2,000,000 luminous beaded curtains of lights displayed in the multi-story structure offers three bars in an elegant cocktail setting and lounge. Although it is free to watch the performers, be prepared to pay for your drinks.

As the Las Vegas weather begins to heat up you will find many of the larger resorts have already opened their pools for the summer season. Most of course are completely family-friendly, but for some grownup fun be sure and check out Moorea Beach Club at Mandalay Bay, the intimate TOPTIONAL adult pool catering to hotel and non-hotel guests 21 years of age and older. Moorea, open daily from 11 a.m. to 6 p.m., features poolside massages and personalized attendants, chaise lounges, opium beds, day beds and pavilions. Suncoast and Orleans Showrooms Bringing in Good Mix of Entertainment
Affordable entertainment choices are heading to the Suncoast Showroom beginning with the comedy and ventriloquism of Ronn Lucas in for a two night gig, April 21-22. Appearing with Lucas is his adorable sidekicks Scorch the Dragon, Buffalo Billy and Chuck the Disposable Punk Rocker. Performances are 7:30 with tickets starting as low as $15.95. For some big laughs, comedian Dennis Miller will be at sister property The Orleans the following week, April 27-28. The curtain goes up at 8 p.m. with tickets priced from $49.95. Las Vegas favorite and multi-award winner, Earl Turner returns to the Suncoast for Mother’s Day weekend, May 12-13 with tickets starting at $15.95. Show time is 7:30. Planet Hollywood’s Trip House Steakhouse Celebrating National Prime Rib Day
Friday, April 27 has been proclaimed National Prime Rib Day and to celebrate the Strip House at Planet Hollywood is serving their famous 28 Day Roast Prime Rib, a delicious 16-ounce prime cut of beef accompanied by Yorkshire pudding and all the extras for $49. Be sure and leave room for a hunk of their 24-layer chocolate cake. LVH Las Vegas Top Headliners Include ABBA Tribute and Liza Minnelli
The iconic music of ABBA will be back at the LVH (formally Las Vegas Hilton) this weekend, April 20-21 with the production Adbacadabra, the ultimate tribute to the celebrated group. Tickets are a reasonable $19-$39. Next month, the legendary Liza Minnelli returns to the LVH on Saturday, May 12 for one night only.
